Be part of an ambitious and friendly sixth form community
You will be part of an inclusive, supportive community at CTK Aquinas, a selective Christ the King Sixth Form for high achieving A-Level students.
We are a Catholic Sixth Form in Brockley, South East London, dedicated to the education and development of you as a whole person and ensuring you realise your full potential. Students of every faith, and none, are warmly welcomed and enjoy our environment of positive encouragement and mutual respect.
This ethos is fully supported through the work of our Chaplaincy, where the team will celebrate with you in times of joy and listen or advise you in times of difficulty. You and all your fellow students are encouraged to develop our virtues of loyalty, respect, care and commitment, supporting your peers and being inspired to live principled, moral and dignified lives.
You will be treated as an individual and will feel welcomed, self-assured and inspired to achieve your very best. Our dedicated, specialist staff will nurture and develop you, encouraging you to aim high and giving you the confidence to achieve your goals.
You will work with your personal tutor throughout your time at CTK Aquinas. These personal tutors work with you to set ambitious and stretching short- and long-term goals. Your personal tutor will work with you to regularly review your progress and help you with any difficulties.
The skills you learn at CTK Aquinas will help you to flourish academically, professionally, and personally.
Parents are encouraged to be involved in your education. Formal reports are produced five times a year and regular parents’ evenings ensure that you and your family can discuss your progress, ask questions and respond to your Tutor’s comments.
Students with additional needs
For students with disabilities, or where English is not your first language, we have a dedicated learning support area with experienced staff. Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss your needs so that we can make all reasonable adjustments to help you succeed.
