Paula Amony
Assistant Principal BTEC and T Levels
Paula joined CTK St Mary’s in 2012 as a Coordinator of Health and Social Care. Since then she has been promoted to Head of Hall and an Enhanced Curriculum Leader for Psychology, Media & Health & Social Care as well as a BTEC Quality Nominee. Paula successfully completed her leadership programme, where she carried out research into embedding numeracy into Health & Social Care and in 2019 gained an MA in Leadership, after receiving a staff bursary. Paula was recently promoted to Assistant Principal (BTEC and T Levels ) at CTK Emmanuel.

“I really enjoy working at CTK, the progression opportunities are outstanding and my career has gone from strength to strength. There is a real community sense and everyone is so friendly and warm. Having three sixth forms as part of one family, there are tremendous opportunities for collaboration and sharing good practice. After working at CTK St Mary’s for 7 years, I’m excited to be starting my new role at CTK Emmanuel”.
