Simon says …
“The community at CTK is key to the daily life of the college, staff are friendly and keen to welcome new colleagues. I have found this to be constant throughout my time at CTK, at many different levels of the organisation. I have been fortunate enough to have many CPD opportunities, ranging from subject training, to support when becoming an A Level examiner. CTK gave me a bursary and allowed me time to complete an MBA. Recently I have completed the Sixth Form College Association leadership programme.
